Do you stock in any shops?

Yes. I have framed and mounted noses for sale in a number of independent shops in and around Bristol:

How does the dog/cat breathe when you're casting the nose?

This is a question I get asked all the time! I don't cast from the nose itself. I sculpt the nose out of clay using references from measurements and photos I'm sent. Then I create the mould from the clay sculpture. Usually I don't ever meet the pet.

Do you sculpt your work?

Yes. Everything I sell has been made entirely by me - so you can own your own little pice of art.

I'd like to order a commission. How does the process work?

1. Head to the commission page, select the product you're interested in, hit the enquire button and complete the form.

2. I contact you to confirm the dates I'll work on your commission including final delivery.

3. I send you an invoice for the commission and measuring kit explaining which measurements and photos I need of the pet.

4. On receipt of the measurements, photos and full payment I start working on the commission.

5. I keep in regular contact with you at each stage of the commission to get your feedback.

6. Your feedback is really important so let me know exactly what you think.

7. Once the commission is complete I box up and send to you.

How long is delivery?

Every product has a different lead time explained on each product page. If the product is needed for a special occasion please leave plenty of time. Allow 1 week delivery once the product is finished to receiving it.

Do you do refunds?

Complete commissions: as the work is unique and bespoke I'm afraid I can't offer refunds on finished commissions. However, I involve clients at every stage of the process so you have a huge input in how the commission will look.

Commissions in process: I will refund the full amount minus time and materials already spent on the commission.
